A command available on most Extreme switch platforms; used to display information about inbound connections to the device on which the command is executed.

The Cisco and Linux platform command equivalent is the who command.

Confusingly, the Cisco show sessions command displays information about outbound connections initiated from the device and line where the command is executed.

The ssh2 command and telnet command can both be used to initiate outbound connections to other devices

The clear session command can be used to disconnect active inbound connections
