Use the privilege command to specify commands a user account with a specific privilege level can execute

Use the privilege level command to specify the default privilege level (normally 1) for users connecting via the console, AUX and tty lines, avoiding the use of the enable command altogether. These accounts must actually have the privilege level that you specify.

Use the user command to specify the privilege level a local user account has

Use the enable command to enter a higher privilege level

Use the disable command to enter a lower privilege level
