Show logging command

A command available on most Cisco IOS based platforms; used to display entries in the device's local logging buffer.

Configuration Context: enable mode

show logging [history]

The log entries are shown in chronological order. That means the latest log entry is at the bottom of the log. The reverse is true of Extreme platforms.

Logging configuration is adjusted using the global configuration logging command
