Show archive command
From NetworkCommands
A command available on most Cisco IOS based platforms using 12.3 or later; used to display files within and statistics and log message relating to a configuration archive created on the device with the archive command.

Usage Notes
The most recent archive is always the file at the bottom of the list, with the highest number.
