Contents |
Usage Syntax
service tcp-keepalives-out
Usage Examples
service tcp-keepalives-out
Usage Notes
Proceed the command with the no keyword to disable this feature.
Use of this feature on inbound connections can reduce the affects of DoS on the device as connections that do not respond to the keepalives will be terminated and no longer consume system resources. These benefits do not really apply to outbound connections which are user initiated anyway.
