Service tcp-keepalives-in command

A command available on most Cisco IOS-based platforms; used to enable the generation of keepalive packets on idle incoming connections to the device.

Proceed the command with the no keyword to disable this feature.

Use of this feature can reduce the affects of DoS attacks on the device as connections that do not respond to the keepalives will be terminated and no longer consume system resources.
