A CLISH command available on most Nokia IPSO platforms; used to delete existing, local hostname to IP address mappings.

delet host name hostname
Usage Examples
delete host name testhost - delete the hostname to IP address mapping for hostname testhost

Use the show host command to display configured hostname to IP address mappings.
Use the set host command to modify configured hostname to IP address mappings.
Use the add host command to configure/create new hostname to IP address mappings.
Command Equivalents
The Cisco command equivalent is the ip host command, preceeded with the no keyword
