Contents |
Usage Syntax
bigstart action [service]
If no service is specified, the action is performed on all services in the default service group.
Common actions include:
- list - display a list of all services, their description, whether they are set to start on system boot and whether they are in the default service group
- start and startup - start the specified service
- restart - restart the specified service
- stop and shutdown - stop the specified service
- status - display status information for the specified service
- memstat - display memory status information for the specified service
Usage Examples
bigstart list - display a list of all available services
bigstart restart - restart all services
Usage Notes
Use this command to disable LTM functions while maintaining access to the system by using syntax: bigstart stop. Note however that SCP/SFTP doesn't seem to work with LTM down.
