Banner command, Blue Coat SGOS

A command available on Blue Coat ProxySG platforms; used to create, modify or delete a login banner to be displayed when a user accesses the device via SSH or telnet.

The specified banner text is displayed before a user actually logs in

If the text contains spaces, you must enclose it in quotation marks ""

The Cisco command equivalent of the same name is the banner command

The Extreme command equivalent is the configure banner command

The F5 BigIP command equivalent is the bigpipe sshd command
